Mr. Lutton has more than 20 years of experience in consulting and management, with particular strengths in strategy, sales & marketing, energy, and telecom.
Prior to founding Woodlawn Associates he served as an executive at Motorola and as a consultant at L.E.K. Consulting.
In addition to his role at Woodlawn, Mr. Lutton serves as the president of Certasun, an illinois-based residential solar installer.
Mr. Lutton holds a BA in economics from Colby College and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Mr. Block has over 20 years experience in various operational, entrepreneurial, advisory and principal investing roles. He has significant experience doing business in Europe, particularly Germany, as well as Latin America and India.
He most recently was a partner at Apollo Management, L.P. During his time at Apollo Mr. Block specialized in commodities, the energy sector broadly defined, telecommunications, and media.
Mr. Block graduated from Columbia College with an AB in history and German and received his MBA from the University of Chicago.
Mr. Drummond has more than 15 years experience in management, operational, and consulting roles with technology companies.
He has served on both sides of the board room table and worked with venture funded startups to publicly traded enterprises, in sectors such as telecommunications, Internet services, healthcare, and solar energy.
Prior to entering consulting, Mr. Drummond served as president of the optical networking division of Harmonic, Inc., where he also headed product marketing.
Mr. Drummond holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, an MS in Applied Physics from Yale University, and a BS from the University of Rochester’s Institute of Optics.
Judy Gordon

Ms. Gordon Judy has over 15 years of marketing leadership roles.
Prior to joining Woodlawn Associates, she worked at the Huron Consulting Group, Motorola, Zebra Technologies, and the Chicago Board of Trade. She has a B.A. from Duke University and and MBA from Stanford.
Jonathan Goldberg
Partner
Mr. Goldberg has worked for more than 15 years in investment banking and equity research.
Most recently, he headed all communications technology equity research for Think Equity. He previously held a similar a similar role at Deutsche Bank. He has proven effectiveness in providing strategic insight to institutional and venture investors in the tech sector and has been directly involved in more than a dozen IPOs.
Mr. Goldberg is fluent in Mandarin and has an extensive network of contacts in the Silicon Valley, the tech supply chain and venture community. He received his BA in History from the University of California, Berkeley, and his MBA from the University of Chicago.
Anil Kale

Mr. Kale has more than 15 years of experience in incubating, growing and harvesting businesses for startups and Fortune 500 companies.
As a corporate strategist at Cisco and Micron, Mr. Kale developed and executed key portions of plans that delivered over $1.5 billion incremental revenue within 18-24 months. He has managed Micron’s venture capital and market intelligence groups, and, while at McKinsey, turned around a $6 billion European logistics company.
Mr. Kale has helped raise over $150m for several startups in the internet/telecommunications sector, and launched them with major awards and significant tier 1 media coverage. He began his career managing products at a startup, later helping acquire and roll up 3 companies to go public in 1998.
Mr. Kale holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University, and a BASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo (Canada).
